Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within (3) days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. To be eligible for replacement or refund you must contact us my email and provide your order number and photographic evidence of the defective or damaged products.
Returns/Exchange/Refunds
Due to the nature of our products we do not except any returns or refunds for change of mind. Refunds will only be provided if a product is damaged in delivery and is unable to be replaced. Evoke My Senses is under no obligation to provide a refund or redelivery costs if the parcel is returned to sender. We recommend that you monitor the provided tracking information to ensure your receive updates from the courier or Australia Post.
