Shipping Policy

Majority of orders will be shipped using Sendle as the carrier service, and orders come insured and with tracking.

Sendle is 100% carbon neutral and cares about offsetting the amount CO2 that is generated in delivering packages.

Where you may live remote Sendle may not be able to deliver to your location and another carrier service like Australia Post will be used. You will be contacted with provider details and tracking.

Evoke My Senses offers flat rate shipping for orders up to $99.99 and free delivery over $100

Local delivery is within 10km of East Geelong at a cost of $5 to deliver.

 

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a postage confirmation email within 1 week of placing the order, you can contact us at evokemysenses@gmail.com. Please note that once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information. Typical delivery times are 2-4 business days for Eastern Coast Metro and all other areas of Australia take 3-7 business days. Please note that courier services are experiencing delays with deliveries.
